The SPC floor is the newest version of LVT, being a composite between vinyl and stone. It has all the advantages of vinyl, being unalterable when in contact with water, warm to the touch, with the texture and appearance of wood fiber but much improved by the introduction of stone dust, which makes it much harder and more stable.
Classic LVT floors are a very good solution when you want a moisture-resistant floor, very easy to install, without maintenance problems, but they have the disadvantage that they are very malleable and take the shape of the substrate. If it has bumps, the vinyl floor will take the shape of the substrate over time, incorporating the bumps. But this upgrade of the LVT, the SPC is much more stable, not having this disadvantage of deformation and being much more stable from a dimensional point of view. If the classic LVT floor expands and contracts quite strongly, the SPC vinyl floor has much smaller expansions and contractions.
The SPC model in smoked oak color is an elegant model, with multiple applications in interiors where a warm, welcoming, natural atmosphere is desired.
